The Royal Orchid Sheraton 5 Star Hotel commissioned EEC Lincolne Scott to design, document and supervise the refurbishment of their guestrooms and associated facilities on the upper luxury levels of the building.

The building was opened in 1984 and consists of a basement, ground level, 3 level podium, 24 guest levels and roof.  There are 750 guest rooms.

EEC Lincolne Scott were responsible for the mechanical, electrical, sanitary and fire protection services.

The scope of the project included Typical Room, King / Twin Room, Junior Suite, Corner Suite, Executive Suite, Presidential Suite, Club Lounge, Board Room, Lift Lobby & Corridor.
